Boca Haram Kidnaps Girls



April 14 2014 – On the night of 14–15 April 2014, approximately 276 female students were kidnapped from the Government Secondary School in the town of Chibok in Borno State, Nigeria. The kidnappings were claimed by Boko Haram, an Islamic Jihadist and Takfiri terrorist organization based in northeast Nigeria.

Has everyone gone mad? Why would people outside the siege in Sydney, Australia take selfies to post them online all over social media sites?

Afterwards three people died, including the gunman, after a hostage crisis ended when officers stormed a downtown cafe. Officials say the gunman was killed following a confrontation with police. A 34-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman also died. Four others were injured.
