With the West Wing finally calm, Trump is contemplating a multi-front campaign against Jeff Bezos.

A Senate hearing about reforming the U.S. Postal Service that could have scrutinized what Amazon.com Inc and others pay for package delivery has been delayed, three sources familiar with the matter told Reuters, moving back President Donald Trump`s effort to hike the world`s largest online retailer`s rates.

Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos criticised President Trump`s antagonistic approach to the media on Thursday, saying it is `really dangerous to demonize the media` as it erodes democracy. Bezos said that elected officials have to get used and even welcome the fact that they are subject to media scrutiny.
